Salco Precision Engineers is a partnership of two major partners who have been together since the Company was founded. As the company has grown, additional personnel have joined. Employee satisfaction is such that staff turnover is nil.
Management Team
Our Managing Director, Keith Curtis, maintains a keen interest in retaining and further developing the engineering skills he has learned over a lifetime; and is often to be seen on the factory floor helping and encouraging the workforce.
